I did not expect to see the stems on the flowers so blue. Are you going to try with other plants/veggies. Like a potato..you know how you can grow them in water.. would the stalks be green or the color of the water?

We have no immediate plans to try other plants. However, we were also wondering if you added color to live plants would it work as well. Maybe we will try. We have thrown the celery away, but the carnations are still here, getting bluer every day.
